Bomb Scare Cuts AIDS Fundraiser Short At ROM

Last nights 11th annual gala in support of the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research (CANFAR) was cut short due to a bomb scare that forced the abrupt cancellation of the festivities mid-way through the evening. There was a fake bomb found in the entrance area of Royal Ontario Museum where the after party was to take place. It's sad to think how one person’s idea of a prank can greatly affect the outcome of an event that months of preparation went into in hopes of raising money for a cause. Tceb.ca encourages people to go to CANFAR's website and click on DONATE.
