L.A and Toronto unite to create the first full-scale nighttime beauty lounge in North America. MUZIK unveiled the Stila Beauty Lounge, a salon-style lounge where female guests get fully pampered with makeup applications by Stila artists and hairstyling by industry professionals – all while enjoying champagne and hors d’oeuvres. Services are all complimentary. MUZIK donated a portion of proceeds to Rethink Breast Cancer charity. The Society Toronto put on a feisty soiree of Dynasty-level glitz. A limited number of the elite guests, including Stefan Brogren of Degrassi, met at an exclusive secret downtown penthouse for Bonfire of the Vanities Party, the latest installment in The Society's fab events. Guests threw on their biggest shoulder pads and grooved to sleek 80’s beats while enjoying cocktails in fine crystal tumblers. Cheryl Hickey and the rest of the ET Canada hosts, including Rick Campanelli, Rosey Edeh, Roz Weston, and Kim D’Eon pose by the “Stars for Wishes” Star – a big Swarovski Crystal ornament the hosts have decorated for charity and that will be up for auction in the coming weeks at the Eaton centre along with Star ornaments decorated by Pamela Anderson and William Shatner. People can bid on one of these stunning keepsakes by simply visiting the Swarovski Gallery store or Guest Services at Toronto Eaton Centre to pick up a postcard with instructions on how to register for the on-line auction.
